The tracker will either buzzes continuously until the wearer reverts to a good position, or can just buzz once on the first detection of slouching. The sessions last between five minutes and four hours, with the Lift buzzing if its user slouches or leans forward. The Lift needs calibrating each time it’s worn with a double press of the button when in the preferred position, buzzing three times to confirm. An Android app is coming in 2015 along with a web app. It also includes a pedometer, measuring the distance in steps and miles a user walks, along with calories burned and syncs with an iPhone app via Bluetooth to analyse the data. The Lift has two main functions: the “align” mode, which keeps a record of frequent posture throughout the day and rates it and “coaching sessions”, which track a wearer’s position and reminds them in the form of vibrations when slouch. ![]() The magnet clips to the outside of a close-fitting shirt to hold the Lift in place.

![]() Generally, I don’t think I would ever complain about more commands that can be mapped to a shortcut. The rest of the shortcuts will be useful as well. My second favorite would be enabling/disabling Motion Direct Manipulation for a selected clip. Personally I’m most happy about the ability to assign a keystroke to keyframe interpolation. I can’t remember the last time we got so many new shortcuts. You need to drag the cursor up quite extensively. The only downside I’ve found when playing with a new limit is how much time it takes to apply that maximum value. ![]() This will be the last eclipse to hit the sign of Scorpio for nearly a decade, so it marks a time of deep emotional closure for all zodiac signs. And because the moon will be opposing shock-artist planet Uranus, expect things to unfold in a rather unexpected fashion. This lunation blooms in the dark and mysterious waters of Scorpio, bringing buried feelings or surprising secrets bubbling to the surface. In case you weren’t already feeling the chaos, there’s a full moon and penumbral lunar eclipse rising on May 5 to remind us that we are indeed still in the thick of eclipse season, and powerful changes are afoot. The Lunar Eclipse On May 5 Brings Closure But don’t stress: Thanks to Pluto’s far distance from the sun, its transits feel more subtle, so there won’t be any Mercury retrograde-esque antics throwing wrenches in your day-to-day groove. ![]() Pluto is the planet of power struggles and profound under-the-surface shifts, so Pluto retrograde 2023 is a time to review some of the long-term transformations currently taking place within our lives and the collective. It’s starting to look a lot like retrograde season! Pluto is leading the outer planets’ retrograde brigade this year, as it begins its annual backspin on May 1. Kicking Off The Month With Pluto Retrograde All of this will be doubly refreshing after getting Mercury retrograde and eclipse season out of the way.īig things are blossoming in the stars this month! Read on for your full May 2023 astrological forecast. And once Gemini season begins on May 21, all zodiac signs will feel more outgoing, energized, and ready to connect with people. The new moon on May 19 is a great time to resume your favorite manifestation practices post-eclipse season. Romantic Venus, energizing Mars, and lucky Jupiter are all switching signs this month - so there’s lots of new energy to work with when it comes to your love life, personal goals, and more. We entered May with some serious eclipse- and retrograde-related messiness on our cosmic plate, but there are lots of new beginnings happening, too. Be ready! Mercury is retrograde until May 14, too - so it’s a good idea to channel some Taurus season energy by moving more slowly and methodically throughout the first half of the month. It might be hard to stay grounded under the lunar eclipse in Scorpio on May 5, though, as this full moon delivers equal parts chaos and closure. The first few weeks of May make up the bulk of Taurus season 2023, which should inspire you to connect with your body and work steadily toward tangible goals. Because while the astrology of May 2023 isn’t all springtime sunshine, it will serve up some significant planetary shifts that promise big changes for all zodiac signs. Thankfully, these astrological shake-ups set the scene for a whole garden’s worth of gorgeous May flowers. If you've made it into a Virgo's inner circle, count yourself lucky, because they don't let just anyone see their ~real selves~.April’s cosmic forecast was packed with heavy showers - specifically in the form of the year’s first eclipse and the start of a pesky Mercury retrograde that brought our three-month-long retrograde-free streak to an end. This doesn't mean they're easy-going, though-it's more like they can be one person in the workplace and a totally different person around their friends. A lot of Virgos tend to be guarded, true, but they’re just making sure they can trust you before they let you see their true selves.Īs mutable signs, Virgos are adaptable and flexible. (Although you can definitely see their angelic side in their passion for social justice and humanitarian causes plus the fact that they’re the friends you can always rely on.) Virgos are earth signs, which means they’re ~sensual~, and that Mercury influence which means they are incredibly smart and have a quick-witted sense of humor. You might think that because Virgos are represented by the virgin or the maiden, they’re shy, modest, and maybe even a little boring. Their minds move so fast that sometimes it's hard for others to keep up! They're ruled by Mercury, which means they're naturally intelligent, witty, and quick. But make no mistake: No matter their chosen field, Virgo celebs have worked hard to excel. Of course, not all Virgo celebs (born August 23 to September 22, btw) are such proud perfectionists. She’s got all those classic Virgo traits-she’s hardworking, precise, incredibly talented, and she values her privacy. It’s no surprise that none other than Beyoncé is a Virgo. That’s because these mutable earth signs settle for nothing less than perfection.
